  • Sort every menu bar item into Visible, Hidden, and Always-Hidden sections.
  • Click the iobar icon to show or hide the Hidden section; Option-click for Always-Hidden.
  • Hidden items are tucked away with macOS 27's own menu bar mechanism.
  • Open hidden items in a bar under the icon instead of on the menu bar.
  • Arrange items in Settings → Layout, or Command-drag them across the iobar icon.
  • Set your own shortcuts, pick an icon, and launch at login.
