Terms of Service (Including End User License Agreement)
These Terms of Use ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the iobook application ("App") and form a legal agreement between you ("User") and the provider of the App ("Provider"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to comply with this Agreement and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
1. Service Overview
iobook is a personal finance application that helps users record and manage income, expenses, and assets.
All data is stored locally on the user's device and in Apple iCloud, and is not transmitted to any external server operated by the Provider.
2. Intellectual Property & Disclaimer
- All intellectual property rights in the App and its contents belong to the Provider.
- The App is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or error-free functionality.
3. License Grant (EULA)
The Provider grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
4. Apple Standard EULA Compliance
This App is distributed via the Apple App Store and is additionally subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement
By using the App, you agree to be bound by both this Agreement and Apple's EULA.
5. Restrictions
The User shall not:
- Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or modify the App
- Copy, distribute, sell, rent, or sublicense the App or any part of it
- Use the App for any unlawful, unauthorized, or harmful purpose
6. User Responsibilities
- Users are responsible for entering accurate information within the App.
- The Provider is not liable for any data loss, entry errors, or user mistakes.
- The Provider is also not responsible for any loss resulting from iCloud synchronization issues.
7. Service Limitations
- The App's synchronization functionality depends on Apple iCloud services.
- If iCloud becomes unavailable or experiences disruptions, syncing may be temporarily limited.
- The Provider is not responsible for any delays or failures caused by iCloud service issues.
8. Advertising
- The App includes ads served via Google AdMob.
- All interactions with advertisements are subject to Google's ad policies.
- Users can manage personalized ad settings at Google Ads Settings
9. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Some features may require a paid subscription. All payments are processed via Apple's In-App Purchase system and are subject to Apple's terms and policies.
10. Service Modification and Termination
- The Provider reserves the right to modify or discontinue the App or any part of its features at any time.
- In the event of termination, users are responsible for backing up any data stored in iCloud.
