Terms of Service (Including End User License Agreement)
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the iomatrix application and constitute a legal agreement between you and the App provider. By downloading or using the App, you agree to comply with this Agreement and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
1. Service Overview
iomatrix is a task management application that helps users prioritize tasks based on the Eisenhower Matrix methodology.
All data is stored locally on the user's device and Apple iCloud, and is not transmitted to any external servers operated by the Provider.
2. Intellectual Property & Disclaimer
- All intellectual property rights in the App and its content belong to the Provider.
- The App is provided as is without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or error-free functionality.
3. License Grant (EULA)
The Provider grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
4. Apple Standard EULA Compliance
This App is distributed through the Apple App Store and is additionally subject to: Apple Standard End User License Agreement
By using the App, you agree to be bound by both this Agreement and Apple's EULA.
5. Restrictions
You shall not:
- Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or modify the App
- Copy, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the App or any part thereof
- Use the App for any illegal, unauthorized, or harmful purpose
6. User Responsibilities
- Users are responsible for entering accurate information within the App.
- The Provider is not liable for data loss, input errors, or user mistakes.
- Users are responsible for the consequences of their use of the App.
7. Limitation of Liability
- The Provider is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the App.
- The Provider is not responsible for data loss, device damage, or inability to use the App.
- The Provider's maximum liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
